Tatiyana Laws

Program and Innovation Manager

she/her/hers

Tatiyana is a cultural leader, builder, communicator, and steward of meaningful work. She builds clarity where there is complexity, her work lives at the intersection of programs, people, and possibility. She’s spent her career managing initiatives that matter—often behind the scenes—making sure ideas move from intention to impact. Whether drafting emails, developing KPIs, or planning programs, she moves with intention. She doesn’t just want things done—she wants them done well. She wants stakeholders and participants to feel informed, teams to feel supported, and processes to feel humane. She leads with warmth (not to be confused with softness) and values professionalism, boundaries, and accountability equally. Her lived experience has taught her when to be enthusiastic and when to be firm, when to step back and when to advocate, while acknowledging that both work and progress require strategy and care.

As the Program and Innovation Manager at Can’t Stop! Won’t Stop! Consulting and Education Fund, Tatiyana combines relationship building with project management. She oversees the project lifecycle and multi-stakeholder programs including retreats and convenings, organizational development processes, healing justice initiatives, executive coaching, and training programs.

A double alumna from the Pennsylvania State University, Tatiyana holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. Through her literary studies she has completed research on the effects of racial injustice, social disadvantages, and the academic barriers of socioeconomic status in education— which led to her first Scholarly Journal Publication in 2013. Throughout her career in the non-profit sector, she has collaborated with community-based organizations, public agencies, and academic partners to develop and implement programs that build organizational capacity and foster equitable outcomes.

Tatiyana’s career has been defined by strong leadership skills, relationship building, program development and implementation, organizational capacity, and a commitment to dismantling systems. She is deeply invested in how systems work—and more importantly, how they fail the people they’re supposed to serve. That awareness has shaped how she shows up professionally – asking thoughtful questions and pushing for clearer metrics. She believes goals should be SMART not because acronyms are trendy, but because people deserve transparency and follow-through. Experience has taught her that clarity is kindness—and that ambiguity costs people time, trust, and energy.

Outside of her day-to-day work, she appreciates moments of creativity and humor. The life of the party in every room. She is energized by family time, music (karaoke is always on the agenda), good food, and cultural moments that bring people together and keep creativity flowing.
