About Can't Stop! Won't Stop! Consulting and Education Fund

Can’t Stop! Won’t Stop! Consulting is a leadership and organizational strategy firm that engages leaders and works alongside organizations and networks to align strategy, shape culture and norms, and build collective power. We partner with leaders, organizations, and networks across the corporate, nonprofit, government, and philanthropic sectors.

The Can’t Stop! Won’t Stop! Education Fund (Ed Fund) is our nonprofit arm, dedicated to expanding access to holistic wellness, healing, and leadership development. The Ed Fund convenes leaders, facilitates training and visioning sessions, and builds networks rooted in care, community, and interdependence. At the center of this work is a simple belief: when leaders operate with clarity, courage, and coherence — and exercise authority with transparency and integrity — they show up more powerfully for the people, organizations, and communities they serve. Across both entities, we serve as a hub for personal and professional growth, learning, and innovation. Our partners come to sharpen their leadership discipline, cultivate joy within their teams, and practice power with accountability and care.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a VP of Culture, Leadership, and Impact. This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll shape strategy as part of the executive team and lead client engagements. You’ll manage a team and also facilitate in the room. You’ll own marketing and also build curriculum. We’re looking for someone who is energized by that kind of scope, not daunted by it.

The right person for this role probably doesn’t fit neatly into one box. You might come from consulting, leadership development, marketing, organizational design, or somewhere else entirely. What matters is that you know how to build things, bring people with you, and do meaningful work.

What You'll Own

Client Facilitations & Delivery

You’ll own the delivery side of CSWS — from the moment a project is scoped to the moment the final synthesis lands with a client. That means managing the consultants and team members doing the work, maintaining quality, and facilitating directly on select engagements so you stay close to the practice and can model it for others.

  • Managing the project management across our program portfolio: timelines, staffing, logistics, and quality

  • Managing and developing the consultants and team members who execute client work

  • Facilitating directly on engagements to stay sharp on the CSWS approach and model it for the team

The CSWS Model — Practice Development & Learning Infrastructure

Someone needs to own how we develop and sustain our practice. That's this role. You'll build and maintain the training and learning infrastructure that defines what it means to work in the CSWS Model — for new staff, for our extended consultant Network, and for the broader audiences we're building toward.

  • Designing and maintaining curriculum and training for CSWS staff and our consultant network

  • Turning our methodology, values, and facilitation standards into materials people can actually learn from

  • Developing scalable learning pathways that grow with the firm and extend our practice to new audiences

Marketing, Creative & Digital Strategy

You’ll own how CSWS shows up publicly — our marketing strategy, content, digital presence, and brand voice. This isn’t a support function; it’s a growth function. We want someone who thinks about audience, positioning, and conversion, and who knows how to run experiments and learn from them.

  • Owning CSWS’s marketing strategy: positioning, campaigns, content, and channel mix

  • Leading creative and digital strategy across social media, email, website, and thought leadership

  • Designing and marketing training cohorts and other scalable offerings to new and existing audiences

  • Running experiments to find what actually grows the firm’s reach and reputation

Brand & Digital Presence

We’re ready for a brand refresh. You’ll lead that process — either doing the work yourself or managing the consultant who does — and you’ll be accountable for the outcome. Website, visual identity, how we show up at every touchpoint.

  • Leading the brand refresh process, directly or through a managed consultant relationship

  • Overseeing the website redesign and brand consistency across platforms and materials

  • Making sure our brand positioning reflects where CSWS is headed, not just where it’s been

Network, Business Development & New Verticals

You come with relationships — clients, contractors, collaborators, founders — and you know how to put them to work. You’ll grow our pipeline, open doors in sectors we’re not yet known in, and help us build new offerings that go beyond our core consulting and facilitation practice.

  • Leveraging your network to grow CSWS’s client pipeline across sectors

  • Identifying and developing new verticals

  • Building partnerships that expand the firm’s reach and create new opportunities

  • Representing CSWS at events and in conversations where our next clients and partners will be

Executive Partnership

You’ll be a thought partner to the President and Co-Founder and a full member of the executive team. That means bringing honest intelligence about what’s happening with clients, across the organization, and in the market — and helping us make good decisions with it.

  • Synthesizing updates across programs, engagements, and client relationships for the executive team

  • Contributing to organizational strategy, culture, and growth planning

  • Coming into broader leadership when the team needs it

Who You Are

We're not looking for a specific background — we're looking for a specific kind of person. You might come from management consulting, C-Suite executive, leadership development, organizational design, marketing, or the social sector. What matters is the combination of skills and disposition you bring.

You’ve facilitated real rooms

Not just run meetings — you’ve led workshops, trainings, and strategy processes where something actually shifted for the people in them. You know how to read a group and adjust. You want to keep getting better at it, and you’re genuinely excited to teach others how to do it.

You think like a marketer

You’ve owned marketing — not just contributed to it. You understand positioning, know how to build an audience, and have made decisions about channels and campaigns based on what the data was telling you. You’re comfortable experimenting with what works.

You’ve built from scratch

Programs, products, business lines — you’ve taken something from idea to launch to evaluation. Experience with credentialing, certification, or professional development offerings is a real plus. You don’t need perfect conditions to move.

Your network is real

You have relationships with potential clients, contractors, and collaborators you could call today. You know how to bring those relationships to bear on new opportunities, and you’re comfortable walking into rooms as the face of an organization.

You're a connector and a builder of culture

You’ve built teams and made people better. You’ve created learning systems or training programs that outlasted your involvement. You get energy from other people’s growth, not just your own output.

This work resonates with you

You believe that when leaders transform how they practice power, it ripples outward — into organizations, institutions, and systems. You're drawn to workplaces grounded in care, trust, and interdependence — and you bring both rigor and joy to building them.
