About the Position

This position is remote, can be based anywhere in the United States, and flexibility is required. In partnership with the President and Co-Founder, members of the network, and our partners, the Program and Innovation Manager will develop, implement, and manage new and existing programs and partnerships to advance the Can't Stop! Won’t Stop! Consulting and Education Fund mission, vision, and theory of change. Travel will be required for Client in-person meetings.

The Program and Innovation Manager will report to the President and Co-Founder and work closely with the network of consultants, board, and other CSWS staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program and Resource Development. Oversee planning and execution of programs and client/partner/project management. Examples of programs include retreats and convenings, organizational development and strategic planning processes, healing justice initiatives, executive and leadership coaching, and training.

  • Program support to President and Co-Founder, project lead(s) and lead facilitator(s). Examples include draft program agendas or other materials.

  • Create new systems or leverage tools to increase impact, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration. Examples include new templates or sharpen use of ClickUp, Google Suite, or program management tools.

  • Resident Notetaker and Synthesizer. Will serve as a lead notetaker and synthesizer for programs, including virtual and in-person meetings and convenings.

  • Onsite and virtual program support as needed. (i.e. Arts & Healing Room Curator or Logistics Coordinator)

  • Other tasks as assigned by the President and Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations.

You know how to think ahead, prioritize your workload, and prepare for challenges. You enjoy challenges and having a full plate but also know how to manage up when the workload needs to be reprioritized.

  • A solutions-oriented person who is creative about your work, loves to learn more about the movements our clients and partners are connected to, and is always asking questions. You are usually the kind of person who has a new idea for how to run the program better and appreciates constructive feedback from team members.

  • Deep commitment to racial, gender, economic, and broader social justice. You don’t just ask “Who’s not at the table?” but “Why aren’t they at the table, and how can we fix it?”

  • Someone who enjoys a respectful, positive, collaborative, and flexible work environment. The team is small but nimble. We celebrate shared successes and empower each other to be impactful in our work.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience developing and managing programs, partnerships, and/or staff.

  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting program success for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a relatable and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Use of Google Suite, ClickUp, or other program management tools.

Compensation and how to apply

Starting annual salary of $80,000 depending on experience. Benefits include:
